22ND SINGAPORE RIVER REGATTA 2004


The Singapore Dragon Boat Association had jointly organised the 22nd Singapore River Regatta 2004 with the People's Association, the NTUC CLUB, the Civil Service Club and the Boat Quay Business Association. The event was held on 20th November 2004 (Saturday) and 21st November 2004 (Sunday) at the Singapore River between Elgin Bridge and Cavenagh Bridge.
