Cold vibes
The weather these days, has been one of gloominess. In fact, yesterday i actually remarked to a friend in church that;" i have not seen the sun for like an entire week?!" To which he answered," yeah... couldn't agree more...yar?" The answer was like so mundane (like hasn't he really thought or wondered), i mean whats with all the rain?...yes i know, its the monsoon season, but shouldn't it be clearing up soon...or maybe, its the consequence of the tsunami. Like how there is a sudden surge (great deal) of water that landed on the shores of our neighbours. And you know the water cycle...of how water gets evaporated upwards and comes falling down to earth as rain. Voila! Putting that theory aside, I've noticed that there is a thick cloud cover looming above most areas of tiny Singapore. That possibly explains why i have not been seeing the magnificence of solar power manifesting itself here in Singapore in recent days. With a greater deal of dark clouds, of course you get more rain! Somewhat engulfing us of sorts. Hmmm...
Incidentally, this brings to mind the tragic events of yesteryear and how i am so fortunate to be leavin' in Singapore. I thank the heavens that "Big brother": Malaysia (one huge land mass) actually protects or shields us the "Little brother" (not being politically correct here), you know like Singapore is in some sort of a harbour shielded from the elements. Well...Thank God, yar?
My dae today...
Church in the morning...rain, rain, rain...went to granny's house...eat, eat, eat...Sunday Times... read, read, read. Nice frigid weather...sleep,sleep,sleep. Jurong point...shop,eat,shop...
met up with alfie, dq and yy for 'Meet the Fockers'...laugh, laugh, laugh...so hilarious, it had me all in stiches! Home sweet home...Time to call it a dae...ZzZzZzZ...
