I tried calling you, but to no avail...
My experience:
It was a very seamless experience booking my ticket online; initial glitch notwithstanding.
I was able to secure myself the ticket under 10 mins on the mornin of 15 Feb at 10am; one day after the tickets were made available.
Additionally, The website is easy to navigate as well.
The initial problem was rectified quickly. Overall, it was a good experience as the saying goes; good things come to those who wait!
