Homecoming: ORD Loh!

It was surreal coming back to Zouk; a place I used to frequent, albeit once in a blue moon during my army days. The last time I stepped into the place was the eve of New Year's Day 2007, hence, it has been quite some time ago.

The place was crowded, however, I still get that special vibe whenever I go to my all time favourite club. Truly, it holds a special place in my heart. The grand ol' dame never dies, she only gets better. Truly inventive; just like Madonna!

I went there with my reservist camp mates; those guys sure know how to hold their liqour. I am purely a social drinker, hence, I would never drink myself crazy, except to attain a certain high so that I could dance to my heart's content. It has always been the music, dancing and company more than anything else for me!

Truly, it was homecoming! ORD Loh!.... it sure feels good knowing that I am having reservist now and my army boy days are over. A case in point is when I saw so many army boys just dancing their heart's out (probably lookin to the day they can say ORD loh!)which, brought back many a fond memory. Finally, I am reliving the moment of freedom once again...

ORD loh!...8 more years to ROD!...Thats when I go into military reserve.
