first things first
First and foremost, greetings to one and all, thanks for patronising this site of mine. Your patronage might directly or indirectly help sustain this little obsession of mine; that is writing by ME!
Blogging enables me to express my thoughts in writing (typing). I had always wanted such an avenue, but never really got down to doing it. After holding my piece for quite some time now, (the build-up proves unmanageable) i needed to relief myself. Hence, i found solace in this system known as blogging, which provides the necessities enabling me to blog, blog and blog to my heart's content.
I ponder alot and may have plenty to say at times, hence my blog name, cogitator; to take careful thought or think carefully about; ponder, hopes to keep me in check, to say the necessary and to not get too long-winded; just in case i put my readers to sleep. Verbosity is not always an option. Being clear and succint is virtuous.
Since, i don't always have the opportunity to meet up let alone let people( friends, mates, buddies) in on my life. Blogging is truly a viable option where people can know more about me, ie; how i pass my time, how i spend my time, how i waste my time and what not.
A few ground rules (for me) for the sake of you patrons out there, before i start blogging proper. The following is not in any particular order ( in case you are wondering).
1) i resolve to write in good and simple English ( so that people reading my blog can pick up snippets of good examples along the way...as if).
2) i resolve to not let my emotions get the better of me, its difficult; i am highly emotional ( pals can attest to that) even though to some i may have come across as steely.
3) i resolve to keep things here crisp and concise (once i start, i can't stop).
4) i resolve to not let my writings affect sources dear to me.
5) i resolve to having a good time blogging away, interperated as; i shall be free to write whatever i want ( this, i shall have no control over, if it happens it happens)
Disclaimer: Writings may lack objectivity( because of emotions). Herein lies the fun part, yar?
Resolution: Don't take things to heart, just sit back, relax and have a cuppa. *clink*
